Conservation of tomato, sweet pepper and aubergines quality under mechanized harvesting, storage and sale

Data are presented on percentages of dry matter, sugars, ascorbic acid and total acids in fruits of ten tomato varieties available for mechanical harvesting in the USSR. A sugar-acid index is also given.
