, : Disease in NFT. Acta Horticulturae (98): 299-305

In Jersey very few disease problems have occurred in commercially grown nutrient film technique crops of tomatoes. Significant infections and plant losses from stem rot (Didymella lycopersici) and bacterial canker (Corynebacterium michiganense) occurred but not as a consequence of growing by NFT. Other lesser problems such as infections with Pythium spp., Spongospora subterranea and Verticillium sp. were also observed.
