It is quoted from EEC information that 715 000 t dried skim milk (DSM) have been distributed between 1969 and 1979 in Africa, Asia, South America and Oceania as food relief measure; and from the Official Journal of the European Communities that, in addition to EEC help, 7 international organizations have been included for milk distribution, in particular of vitaminized DSM. The vitamin incorporation methods proposed by the author are revised.
