Inflorescence formation on primary lateral shoots sprayed with 500 p.p.m. CCC increased greatly when vines, Muscat of Alexandria, were pinched at the 20-leaf stage and Kyoho vines were pinched at the 10-leaf stage; pinching at the 30-leaf stage was not effective.
