, : Effect of gibberellic acid on proteins of cherry plum seeds (Prunus cerasifera var. divaricata Bayley) during stratification. Acta Horticulturae (80): 87-91

Myrobalan seeds were stratified in peat before or after soaking in 100 p.p.m. GA3 solution for 12 h. Controls were soaked in water for 12 h before stratification. During dormancy breaking the levels of reserve proteins (e.g. globulins, prolamines and glutelins) decreased and those of enzymatic proteins (e.g. albumins) rose, particularly towards the end of the stratification period.
