Application of Nothanguina phyllobia infected leaves of Solanum eleagnifolium to a field containing S. eleagnifolium, at a rate of 36 (giving an estimated density of 50 to 100 nematodes/cm3), 3.6 or 0.36 kg/ha resulted in 82 to 94, 40 or 12 percent infestation, respectively.
