Zn used as a seed coating or foliar spray or applied to the soil had no effect on stand density in either water- or dry-sown rice Saturn. 0.85 lb Zn/ac as Zn-EDTA applied to the soil increased rough rice yield of dry-sown rice by 1120 lb/ac and that of water-sown rice by 1010 lb/ac.
