The Pollock-Kirsop, Schmidt and Hagberg-Perten methods were used to determine sprouting resistance in 24 diploid and tetraploid of rye. The majority of had av. susceptibility to sprouting, but Otello and Everest Tetra were more resistant to sprouting and Zelder, Chrobre, Dominant, Wloszanowskie and Smolickie were very susceptible to sprouting.
