Genetic analysis of fodder yield and quality in sorghum, Sorghum bicolor (L.) Moench

Analysis of data from 10 X 10 diallel and a 4 X 12 line X tester set involving elite material comprising seven forage sorghums, three grain sorghums and four male-sterile lines revealed that factors affecting forage yield and quality were predominantly conditioned by nonadditive gene action.
