Histochemical distribution of acid mucopolysaccharide in the tissues of Paramphistomum cervi (Trematoda: Digenea)

Histochemical distribution of acid mucopolysaccharide in the tissues of Paramphistomum cervi (Trematoda: Digenea)

Indian Journal of Parasitology 3(2): 181-182

Staining for acid mucopolysaccharide in Paramphistomum cervi was most intense in the prostate gland, Mehlis' gland, the vitelline gland, subtegumentary cells, the lining of the excretory canal, the uterus and the gut epithelium.
