Histochemical study of the mucoid and chondroid tissue in canine mixed mammary tumours

Both mucoid and chondroid tissue contained chondroid sulphate and hyaluronic acid, like normal embryo cartilage. PAS-positive reactions were found in chondroid tissue and normal embryo cartilage but not in mucoid tissue.
