Method of estimating the genetic similarity between groups of cattle using blood and milk polymorphic systems

Samples of blood and milk from groups of 10-31 progeny from 2 sire lines were typed by electrophoresis for transferrin, Hb, amylase, and alpha -, beta - and gamma -casein, and the distribution and CV of the phenotypes were calculated.
