Morning milk at school: study of pupil attendance levels in infant schools

Attendance in 2 classes at an infant school with a high proportion of immigrant children was 76.58% during 1975/76. School milk was introduced during the 1st term of 1976/77; by the end of the term, attendance had increased to 85.57%. The corresponding level of attendance in another school of similar socio-economic status during the same term was 77.8%.
