Renal anaemia and its modification by long-term haemodialysis

Renal anaemia and its modification by long-term haemodialysis

Zeitschrift fur die Gesamte Innere Medizin 33(9): 283-285

In long-term haemodialysis, formation of erythrocytes is hardly even reduced, haemolysis usually declines somewhat and deficiency of Fe increases progressively; folic acid is also slightly deficient.
