Pumpkin seed oil contains linoleic 52, oleic 29, palmitic acid 12%, traces of linolenic acid and beta + gamma -tocopherol 34 mg/100 g. Total carotenoids, 15 mu g/g, had 71% lutein and 12% beta -carotene.
