Studies on the biological control of Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. zingiberi, the causal organism of yellows disease of ginger

Studies on the biological control of Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. zingiberi, the causal organism of yellows disease of ginger

Indian Phytopathology 1979; 31(2): 260-261

In pot trials the addition of an antagonistic str. of Bacillus subtilis to ginger inoculated with the fungus reduced disease incidence from 58.3% to 8.3% and increased yield from 16 to 437 g/3 pots.
