Studies on the effect of cambendazole on Ascaris suum migrating larvae in artificially infected piglets

In piglets infected with 2000 embryonated Ascaris suum eggs, cambendazole given orally at 20 mg/kg body-weight on day 0, 2 or 4 of infection reduced the number of larvae by 37.2, 43.1 and 44.7%, respectively.
