Studies on the effect of some chemicals on Agrobacterium tumefaciens and their action on the pathogen in the vascular system of vines

Studies on the effect of some chemicals on Agrobacterium tumefaciens and their action on the pathogen in the vascular system of vines

Gradinarska i Lozarska Nauka 14(8): 76-83

The effect of 4 chemicals on A. tumefaciens isolates in culture is reported. Cuttings of Chasselas X Berlandieri 41B rootstocks and Rkatsiteli scions were vacuum infiltrated first with bacterial suspension and then with various chemicals at different concentrations.
