Maximum size and sugar content (total, reducing and non-reducing sugars) were recorded in 'Kuber' variety. However, maximum amount of ascorbic acid was noted in 'H.B. 6'. Similarly, 'Sioux' had the highest acid content, and 'Kuber' had the lowest.
