The association of yield and yield components of two tall and four semi-dwarf winter wheat cultivars

After six wheat varieties were grown at three sites in eastern Colorado, it was shown that the two tall types studied produced a high number of spikes per unit area and a low number of kernels per spike and that the four semidwarf types produced the opposite of this.
