The economic trust for viticulture and wine production recommends Roz de Minis, a new wine-grape variety, recently released



Productia Vegetala, Horticultura 28(11): 39



Roz de Minis, was established through clonal selection within an old local variety of the Minis foothills. It is moderately vigorous and prefers a deep, fertile soil and a southerly aspect. The variety is self fertile and yields about 21 t/ha of fruit. The berries are pink, with a heavy bloom on the skin, and weigh 2.93 g on average.
