In irrigated trials with wheat RR-21 sown at various rates late in the rabi season of 1976 and given various N rates, crops sown at 150 kg/ha and given 30 kg N/ha at sowing and 30 kg N/ha in 4 split dressings at the tillering, heading, flowering and milk-ripe stages gave the highest grain yields.
