Total serum proteins and electrophoretic pattern of serum proteins in experimental infection of mandya lambs with Hemonchus contortus

Total serum proteins and electrophoretic pattern of serum proteins in experimental infection of mandya lambs with Hemonchus contortus

Indian Journal of Parasitology 2(2): 147-149

Serum proteins were investigated in Mandya lambs infected with 10 000 infective larvae of Haemonchus contortus. Total serum protein fell from 5.00 g/100 ml 6 days after infection to 3.35 g/100 ml on day 36.
