Abstract
Treatment of the seeds with 0.01-0.02% ethyleneimine, 0.1% demeton-methyl and a 5-15 kR gamma -ray dose induced aberrations of the chromatid and chromosome types, including bridges and fragments. The highest percentage of structural chromosome rearrangements was obtained by gamma irradiation (16.67-72% according to the dose) and the lowest by treatment with demeton-methyl (2.76%).
