1-(p-Tolyl)-3-acetyl-3-methyltriazene at 424 mg/kg body-weight given subcutaneously or orally to groups of 5 mice 2 h after infection with Trypanosoma rhodesiense (Wellcome CT strains) cured all the animals; 400 mg/kg cured 2 of 5 mice infected 5 days earlier with T. rhodesiense EATRO 1989.
