Ryegrass forage yields at Ardmore were lower in 1979-80 than during the previous 10 yr. Cold damage was most severe in Baroldi and Barspectra and least severe in Tetrablend 30. The leading forage producers were Common annual (4399 lb/ac), Tetrablend 444 (4367 lb/ac), Baroldi (4269 lb/ac) and NF32 (4181 lb/ac).
