A Cornell heritage Veterinary medicine 1868-1908 [History of the New York State Veterinary College, volume 1]: xx + 288

This is a book which will give pleasure to its readers. Despite the title, most of the book is about James Law who, at the age of 19, graduated from the Royal (Dick) Veterinary College in 1857, took over as head of the Veterinary School at Cornell in 1868 and remained there until he retired in 1908.
