A brief note on the biology of Amblyomma integrum Karsch, 1897

The larvae and nymphs of Amblyomma integrum Karsch are described. In the laboratory, the life-cycle lasted 180-190 days, the egg stage 87 days, the larval stage 40-48 days and the nymphal stage 37-39 days. The eggs hatched at 37 but not at 25 deg C.
