Comparison of grazing Pangola grass (Digitaria decumbens Stent.) with a combination of Pangola grass and glycine (Glycine wightii Verdcourt) on milk production

In 2 experiments, 1 in spring and the other in the dry season, grazing Pangola grass only was compared with grazing G. wightii in the morning and Pangola for the remainder of the day. Pangola grass received 411 kg NPK/ha in the ratio 17:17:12 and the G. wightii 100 kg/ha each of P2O5 and K2O/ha. No significant difference was found in the milk yield.
