Contamination of foods and feeds from selected areas of the district of Erfurt with lead and cadmium. 1. Estimation of lead and cadmium in vegetable material by inverse voltammetry

Contamination of foods and feeds from selected areas of the district of Erfurt with lead and cadmium. 1. Estimation of lead and cadmium in vegetable material by inverse voltammetry

Nahrung 23(7): 739-747

1. An inverse voltammetric method for estimation of lead and cadmium in plant material and cereals is described. The organic matter is first digested with HNO3 then HClO4. Detection limits in ng/ml were 0.66 for Pb and 0.30 for Cd.
