Coronavirus-like Particles in the Feces of a Cat with Diarrhea



Canadian Veterinary Journal 23(5): 153-155



Coronavirus-like particles were demonstrated by electron microscopy in the faeces of a young domestic shorthair female cat with diarrhoea. On the surface projections, these particles could be distinguished from the enteric coronavirus-like particles of human, dog, cattle and monkey origin.
