Effect of feeding rubber seed meal-based diets on performance and serum thiocyanate level of growing-finishing pigs

For 147 days 40 Landrace X Duroc piglets were fed on diets with 0, 10, 20 or 30% rubber seed meal (RSM). Serum thiocyanate (394-437 mu g/100 ml) was greatest in pigs given diets with more than 20% RSM.
