In a trial on a Planosol low in natural minerals, grain sorghum NK-233 was given 0, 60, 120, 180 and 240 kg N/ha (33% applied at sowing and the remainder 45 days later) + a basal dressing of 1.2 t lime, 180 kg P2O5 and 60 kg K2O/ha.
