Effect of rootstocks and interstocks on the development of Jonathan grafts

Effect of rootstocks and interstocks on the development of Jonathan grafts

Kerteszeti Egyetem Kozlemenyei 1981; 44 (12): 33-41

Studies were conducted on M.9, M.4, wild apple and Jonathan apple trees on their own roots, grafted with Jonathan scions or as interstocks with Jonathan scions (i.e. 20 combinations). Results for tree vigour, crown size and yields are tabulated and discussed.
