Evaluation for true resistance to races of rice blast fungus Pyricularia oryzae Cavara in Korean rice varieties and inbred lines

Evaluation for true resistance to races of rice blast fungus Pyricularia oryzae Cavara in Korean rice varieties and inbred lines

Research Reports of the Office of Rural Development, Soil Science, Fertilizer, Plant Protection and Micrology Nong sa Si hum Yen ku Bo ko, To yang bi ryo, Jak mul bo ho, Kyun i pyun 20: 101-111

The results of extensive tests carried out between 1965 and 1977 are presented in lists of resistant and susceptible varieties according to year of evaluation. A brief history of breeding for resistance to P. oryzae is given. Recent new races include T2+t (1976) and C8+t and N2+t (1977).
