Flavonol glycosides in the leaves and fruit of varieties of sweet and sour cherry, apricot, plum and peach were analysed. Quantitative differences among varieties were slight and indistinguishable from environmental variation, except in apricots. The leaves of the apricot varieties Ungarische Beste and Uhlhorns Wunder contained appreciable amounts of kaempferol 3-glucoside and kaempferol 3-galactoside, whereas those of three other varieties did not.
