Free fatty acids in butters from cows' and buffaloes' milk

Molkerei Zeitung Welt der Milch 36(3): 63-64

(i) 34 samples of market butter from cows' milk and (ii) 15 from buffaloes' milk were obtained in Assiut province (Egypt) between Jan. and June 1981. Fat was extracted, free fatty acids were isolated and proportions of 34 fatty acids in them were determined by GLC.
