Histopathogenesis of bracken fern-induced experimental tumor of urinary bladder

Histopathogenesis of bracken fern-induced experimental tumor of urinary bladder

Nihon Juigaku Zasshi. Japanese Journal of Veterinary Science 43(6): 875-885

JCL-Wistar rats (174 aged four weeks) received bracken fern powder mixed in the feed at weight ratios of 1:2, 1:5 and 1:16 for 20 weeks, after which bracken mixtures were replaced by normal powder feed. Rats were observed daily, weighed weekly and killed at intervals for gross and histological examination.
