How different sowing times affect the cotton yield in Jhang district



Pakistan Cottons 26(2): 73-78



In field trials at Jhang in 1977-80, the opt. sowing date for Gossypium hirsutum B557 was 1 April in 1977-8 giving a seed cotton yield of 496 kg/ac and 15 April in 1979-80 giving a yield of 906 kg/ac.
