Human nutrition with reference to animals as sources of protein

Human nutrition with reference to animals as sources of protein

Tijdschrift Voor Diergeneeskunde 106(5): 243-256

A conference of managers from the industries supplying foods of animal origin and experts from the professional medical and dietetic organizations might help towards achieving the optimum proportion of those foods in the diet. Production and distribution alone will not ensure an adequate supply of those foods.
