Human- beta and T-lymphocyte locomotion in response to casein, C5a, and f-Met-Leu-Phe

Human- beta and T-lymphocyte locomotion in response to casein, C5a, and f-Met-Leu-Phe

Cellular Immunology 56(2): 365-373

Locomotion of monocyte-depleted lymphocytes from peripheral blood was significantly stimulated by all 3 stimuli. Locomotion of T-lymphocytes was stimulated by casein and C5a but not by f-Met-Leu-Phe. Non-T-lymphocytes responded to C5a and f-Met-Leu-Phe but only minimally to casein.
