Humification coefficient and methodological approach to the determination of the soil humus budget

Humification coefficient and methodological approach to the determination of the soil humus budget

Pochvovedenie (4): 139-147

Various approaches to the determination of the humification coefficient are analyzed. Formulas are proposed for calculating the reserves of humus, the accumulation time of a given amount of humus, and maximum humus accumulation in the near future (5-7 years).
