Soviet Soil Science 13(2): 67-77

The steppe and alluvial soils of the Barguzin basin were found to be similar to the tundra and mountain forest soils of the adjacent mountain ridges in humic-to-fulvic acid ratio, but were dissimilar in the fractional composition of humus.
