For Limousins, Herefords, Hungarian Pieds and crossbred Hungarian Pieds (75 and 50% Limousin, and 50% Hereford) resp. carcass weight averaged 571, 446, 514, 548, 559 and 521 kg, dressing percentage 69.0, 58.7, 60.7, 67.3, 64.0 and 58.8, muscle percentage of the cold carcass 78.9, 67.9, 73.3, 76.6, 75.5 and 70.2, and bone percentage 12.4, 15.2, 16.4, 13.0, 14.2 and 15.4.
