Models for predicting narrow tillage tool behaviour in soil -- a review and comparison

Models for predicting narrow tillage tool behaviour in soil -- a review and comparison

ASAE Paper (81-1535): 20

To compare the capability of 4 models, tool forces for different tool combinations were predicted and the results compared with experimental data under 2 different soil conditions. Computer programs were developed to simulate tool performance with varied tool angle, depth and widths.
