Note on toxoplasmosis: serological survey of antibodies in sheep of Hissar area by indirect haemagglutination test (microtitre system)

Note on toxoplasmosis: serological survey of antibodies in sheep of Hissar area by indirect haemagglutination test (microtitre system)

Indian Journal of Animal Sciences 51(3): 381-382

Of 514 apparently healthy sheep examined in Hissar, India, 44 (8.6%) were positive for Toxoplasma antibodies (using the indirect haemagglutination test). 3.1% reacted at a titre of 1:5, 3.5% at 1:25 and 1.95% at 1:125.
