Nucleotide sequence amplification and translocation in higher plant chromosomes

Nucleotide sequence amplification and translocation in higher plant chromosomes

Heredity 45(1): 139

Members of several different families of repeated sequences in the wheat genome were cloned in bacterial plasmids. These clones were used to study the organization of these families in the wheat genome and in the genomes of closely related species.
