Data are tabulated on nut weight and the percentage of exocarp, mesocarp, water, endocarp, endosperm and kernel oil and on the free fatty acid content of extracted oil of 11 coconut cvs. Tall X Dwarf had the heaviest nuts (average 995 g) followed by Dwarf X Tall (696 g).
