Research findings on the formation of callus on vine rootstocks and scions



Vinohrad 19: 8-9



Callus formed across the whole of the base of stratified cuttings of the scion varieties Traminer and Grune Veltliner in 20 days. Corresponding callus development took 25 days in the rootstocks 125AA, Kober 5BB, SO4, Craciunel 2 and Teleki 5C. The initiation of callus growth occurred simultaneously in all the material.
