Research on grapevine training systems: an attempt to control the microclimate and the whole plant to produce quality grapes economically

Recherche sur les systemes de conduite de la vigne: essai de maitrise du microclimat et de la plante entiere pour produire economiquement du raisin de qualite: 235

An account is given of the results of detailed studies on the microclimate (illumination, temperature and water use), the vegetative and reproductive growth and the wine quality of Cabernet-Sauvignon grapevines grown under 10 different training systems, with subsidiary treatments including 2 pruning methods, 2 levels of bud load and 2 water regimes.
